Ronda brings nearly two decades of expertise in compliance, employment, DE&I, and EEO matters. Her career journey commenced as a law clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and subsequently the Georgia Supreme Court. With extensive experience spanning the federal and private sectors, she served as a Supervisory Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration and worked as a Consultant for firms like Troutman Sanders, Greenberg Traurig, and the Law Offices of Stuart Plotnick. In 2008, she established Ronda Thornton Consulting with the core values of fostering equitable and inclusive workspaces that center people via transparency, compassion, and accountability. She is a champion for holistic, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. Along with her extensive breadth of experience, Ronda's ability to effectively engage with employees across organizational levels provides her with valuable insights into organizational dynamics which allows her to effectively identify and tackle issues that impact hiring, retention, equity, and overall work environment. She continues to collaborate with federal agencies, non-profits, and businesses of varying sizes, offering strategic solutions to address organizational labor and employment needs.
