Ronda Thornton has over 15 years of expertise in the area labor and employment. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Ronda then worked as a Supervisory Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration, responsible for managing a $500 million loan portfolio. Her close work with businesses of all types gave her unique insight into servicing the needs of both private and public organizations. She continues to work with federal governments, non-profits and businesses of all sizes in managing a full range of strategic labor and employment services.
